Our project managers meet clients onsite to define customer needs, develop a customized project scope, and develop prototype concepts with confidentiality.
Based upon our client's needs, we generate complete turnkey machine designs or existing machine retrofits in the form of mechanical drawings, which are generated using our computer-aided drafting software. After the designs are completed, we have the capability to fabricate install, and start up the equipment in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Upon review of customer's project requirements, we can generate complete control system design in the form of control panel layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials. These designs are also generated using our computer-aided drafting software. After the design is completed, we have the capability to fabricate control panels and then perform field installation, programming, and startup at the customer's facility.
We currently have the training and software capabilities to perform the following types of programming:
Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Modicon Unity, Siemens Step 7
Allen-Bradley Graphics Motion Language, RSLogix 5000, Ultraware, Baldor MINT
Wonderware Factory Suite, Factory Talk View, RSView 32, PanelBuilder, Red Lion Crimson, Baldor Mint.
Using both Automation Engineering and our sister company Johnson Material Handling, we can build, assemble, and test any type of equipment or conveyor system in our newly built machine shop. This capability lets gives us control over the entire project by minimizing subcontracting. With control of the project, we can ensure our customers top of the line quality throughout every aspect.
We provide in-house assembly of industrial control panels in our UL508A certified panel shop. We have the capability to build custom control panels of all sizes and classifications.
After in house run-off and testing, we can mechanically and electrically install the equipment in your facilities. Our top of the line millwrights have the capability to specialty build machinery of any shape or size. We have the capabilities to fabricate and install any type of conveyor, machinery, or control panels. We are sensitive to our clients needs and can specialize our installation to have minimal impact on production.
Once installation is complete, we do extensive testing to ensure equipment is ready for production. Our personnel stay onsite during production startup to give our customers full production startup support.
